Hi, I Have A Question My 6yr Old Who Otherwise

Hi, I have a question my 6yr old who otherwise is perfectly healthy update to date on his physical and immunizations with no prior or present complaints went to the rest room and when I went to help clean him I saw what looked like blood was on the toilet paper and in his poop, by the poop itself looked like there were small watermelon pieces but redder, it was wasn’t liquidy blood in the toilet just the toilet. Honestly I don’t even know.. what should I do? Could it be something he ate? Could it be bloody poop outta nowhere? Should I take some of his feces to an emergency room with him right now? I’m in Los Angeles it’s 8:49pm today was his first day in 1st grade I don’t know if something happened there or if he ate something weird
