Hi I Have A Question So I'm Having Real Bad

Hi I have a question so I'm having real bad itchy feeling on my legs and I haveblack scars and I'm kind of concerned of why I have this feeling but I went to a doctor and I tried going to allergist I went there and they told me I had to do a pulmonary test first because I have asthma and I have bronchitis so I did that and they told me that I have to come back for the actual test which is in November but I want to know like what could be the cause of this because I also broke out in hives multiple times
