Hi I Have A Question.I Have Allergies.and I Get Noise

Hi I have a question.I have allergies.and I get noise spray and been use it for yrs now lately I have been have bad pains I. My left nostril burn badly hurts my side of face.left eye waters I wake up through the nite in pain.I blow my noose and a eclectic rubbely almost grayish green thing came out almost feel like tissue scared me...what do I do.
