Hi. I Have A Rash Across The Lower Front Of

Hi. I have a rash across the lower front of my neck, just below the Adam's apple. it is about 10cms wide, red and itchy. Should I just get some anti histamine / hydracortazone cream in the short term to see if it goes away? Thank you and kind regards. Mark
