Hi I Have A Really Bad Rash On My Face

Hi I have a really bad rash on my face and swollen red eyes which do not seem to have gone down/cleared, I have tried mometasone furoate but have seen minimal effect, can you advise if there is anything else I can use to speed up the recovery.
Can I also use aloe Vera once I have used mometasone?
