Hi I Have A Really Bad Sinus Cold And Took

I have a really bad sinus cold and took sudafed pe at 5am then again at 9am and 1pm because it says you could take every 4 hours. After my 1pm dose I was a complete mess with itchy, watery eyes, runny itchy nose causing uncontrollable sneezing so it seemed the sudafed wasn't helping and felt more like allergies, so at 7:30pm I took Benadryl thinking that would help with the newer symptoms. It did absolutely nothing. Before bed at 11:30 I decided to switch to NyQuil severe which would help me sleep and covered all my symptoms. Now I'm worried because I took three different kinds of meds today and even though they were not taken together but 4 hours apart I'm not sure that's ok.
