Hi I Have A Red Dry Wrinkly Spot On The

Hi I have a red dry wrinkly spot on the head of my penis, there was a slightly white area as well, which looked nothing at all like herpes or anything, and I continued to apply lotion and it got really loose so I picked it off to expose raw skin, so I left it alone. I am almost positive it's not herpes, there are no bumps or small blisters that pop and leave painful sores or anything. It is irritated when you touch it or when it rubs against something. It also doesn't hurt at all when I pee and I don't have any discharge. Triple antibiotic cream doesn't really help, and a lot of other people seem to have this problem and no one seems to get any relief from ointments and the calami lotion or whatever suggested to them. Also everyone with this problem as well tested negative for all STD's as far as the many I have read. I just figured there has to be some solution, is there anything besides applying ointments that don't really seem to do the trick? I just would like to find a solution because I definitely feel too self conscious to be sexually active with any girl
