Hi. I Have A Red Shiny Spot On The Side

Hi. I have a red shiny spot on the side of my tongue, it has been like this for 4 days now without a change. It hurts when I touch it, and it has a little hole on it, not like it's anything coming out of the hole, no color or anything, it's just a red shiny area with a little hole on it and a tiny bump. The hole reacts like an open wound, it hurts when I drink orange juice for example. It seems weird as I know that the tongue heals very quickly and that tiny little hole shouldve been gone by now. Thanks for any suggestions
