Hi , I Have A Reddened Area In My Premium

Hi ,
I have a reddened area in my premium since last 3-4 days.It's painful and scratchy.

I took some medicine suggested by physician although he didn't have a look at it.Still it's there and has grown more painful.

Could you please suggest a solution.
