Hi, I Have A Reoccurring Red, Defined Spot On The

Hi, I have a reoccurring red, defined spot on the head of my penis. I'm sure that it's friction related from sex and masturbating. I use lubricant every time. It does start to go away after no sexual activity for about a weak. I believe it may be psoriasis but I have a coal tar solution (15%LCD) that isn't working. What about Sudocrem? Thanks
