Hi, I Have A Sensitive Stomach That Hurts / Feels

Hi, I have a sensitive stomach that hurts / feels like gas is stuck after eating and through out the day. I can not pass wind. This does not always happen maybe few days a month. But my stomach always noses loud noises and bloated but without pain.! I have a stool test and I have no long chain fatty acids? And a bit of bacteria. If I have no long chain fatty acids does that mean I'm not absorbing any? Thank you very much
