Hi I have a sharp throbbing pain after defecation. This usually happens when i am consipated. I have started taking laxatives and now i am not constipated but what happens is after defecation there is pain that continues for a couple of hours. But the pain disappears by afternoon

I have started taking ayurvedic medication and i dontwant to think abt surgery
