Hi I Have A Sinus Pain And It Affects My

Hi I have a sinus pain and it affects my nose a lot leading to cloggage . Sometimes it also hurts my forehead . I also have neck pain which sometimes radiates to arm . And have back pain . There is shortness of breath . Is it due to sinus or other reasons ? I did an ecg which states non specific st - t wave changes . My lungs x Ray came clear. What is the problem then ?
