Hi I Have A Small Amount Of Little Slightly Red

Hi I have a small amount of little slightly red bumps on my mons pubis. They are not painful or itchy they do not look like they could be popped almost like razor burn I've had them for a little over a week and they have stayed the same could this be an STI or just a skin irritation
