Hi I Have A Small Blood Spot On The Top

Hi I have a small blood spot on the top of my thigh. It has been there for a number of years. Looks like a small collection of blood underneath and if I squeeze it, blood just comes out. But it never disappears, just heals (but blood still remains inside)
