Hi, I Have A Small Bump On Lower Corner Of

Hi, I have a small bump on lower corner of lip. At first thought was pimple as it has a white head when stick tongue out to push the lip out. It is not burning or itching however just sore to the touch and has a bump like a pimple. It seems has gotten larger over past day or two so wondering how to treat? Thanks.
