Hi I Have A Small Bump On Retromolar Trigone Where

I have a small bump on retromolar trigone where upper and lower jaw meets. It doest not hurt any way and not visible also but I can feel only when touch with finger. One year back my wisdom jaw was removed and get anaesthesia may be at this place only not sure. Also I feel something is stuck between right side of tongue and jaw but nothing is there.
My age is 36, Male.
