Hi, I Have A Small Bump On The Inside Of

Hi, I have a small bump on the inside of my nostril. My nostril is looks swollen and red, and it hurts. I went to an ENT doctor and I've started taking nasal steroids to try and cure my reoccurring sinusitis. I also have a really small nasal passage and have allergies. Is this bump a cyst or a nasal polyp by any chance? And how do I cure it because it really hurts. My MRI for my nose isn't scheduled till September.
