Hi I Have A Small Bumpy Rash Under My Right

Hi I have a small bumpy rash under my right arm ,it looks like mild poison ivy ,I have increasing pain deep in my shoulder joint ,shoulder blade, upper chest, and biceps to elbow only on right side pain is getting worse especially at night ,I'm baffled
