Hi, I Have A Small Cut Inside My Penis Nerve

Hi, I have a small cut inside my penis nerve which attaches the skin and my penis head. It irritates when I tried washing with water. I didn't stretch my skin down for 3-4 days but it didn't work. It still hurts.
Can you please suggest me some medicine or home remedies to cure it?
