Hi, I Have A Small (half A Pea) Sized Movable

Hi, I have a small (half a pea) sized movable object under my shaft in my private region. I've had it for about 14months now and I've been told it could be a blocked sweat gland and should just go away eventually. It doesn't grow but I literally cannot pop it. It's hard and every now and then some fluid will come out of in, only minor however. It's also movable under the skin and does not cause me any pain.
