Hi, I Have A Small Light Black Spot On The

Hi, I have a small light black spot on the side of my head. My Family Md said to see DERM DR. It bleeds occassionaly, seems to have a small lump under it but a swelling going up and down that seems to feel hard (not bone). I have recently began getting headaches and usually about midday my vision starts blurring. I wear bifocals but can't see TV with a separate 3X reading glasses but still blurry. I can't drive any time and at night lights look like a large asterisk. I am worried that maybe I should see a Neurologist instead.
I do have abdominal pain not associate, I believe, that I am seeing a Gastrologist and I am seeing a Ortopedic surgeon for possible back & neck fusions (2 neck prior).
