Hi, I Have A Small Lump To The Beaneath The

Hi, I have a small lump to the beaneath the foreskin near the frenulum which I have never had checked out. I've had this for as long as I remember, since puberty, which is 10+ years, there's never been any development, I have tried squeezing or "popping" it many times over the years which seems to make the head protude more until a small piece of hard skin can be pulled away. The lump is completely painless and just feels like a lump of hard skin sat on top of the soft fleshy skin of the foreskin. I've had 3 sexual partners, all of whom involved unprotected sex, and several other partners that I've received unprotected oral sex from, however I'm 99% sure this condition pre-dates all my sexual encounters.
