Hi, I Have A Small Male On My Arm, More

Hi, I have a small male on my arm, more like a birthmark, and i noticed it was a little raised and sore yesterday, and looked like it had a little pimple underneath. I left it alone, and accidnetally scratched it just now and the dark part of the mole came off? It bled a little. Is this cancer?!
