Hi, I Have A Small White Hard Round Somthing On

Hi, I have a small white hard round somthing on the outside corner of my left eye. I have tried to squeeze it, and scratching it. Nothing opens it. Some days when I push it againse my orbital bone behind it, it is slightly painful, but usually just anoying. What should I do? Can it be removed. What is it.
