Hi I Have A Soft Fatty Round Piece Of Tissue

Hi I have a soft fatty round piece of tissue on the inner part of my left thigh It doesn't hurt or anything like that I can't feel it when I walk or nothing I told my doctor and she looked at it she did tell me the name of it but I can't remember what she said but I do remember her said it doesn't hurt you can't feel it when you walk you don't have to have it removed even though it don't cause me any pain I'm very self conscious about it when I'm being intimate and I don't like it do you have any idea what this could be because I can't remember the name that she told me and do you think I should have it removed anyway
