Hi. I Have A Son. He Is 29 Months Old.

Hi. I have a son. He is 29 months old. 13.5 kg and 95 cm. He has been sick since thursday March 31. Fever 39 to 40 c. Looks pale and weak. He eats and drinks small amounts. We give him tylenol 5ml every 4 to 6 hrs. Fever went down to 37.6 c. Today, sunday, he is very cranky, crying, clings to mommy. We noticed today his walking gait is funny. Sort of dragging or lack of motion in legs. When two legs together, the shins from knees down sort of form a triangle as he walks. He runs and walks , does not fall down. He had all the required vaccines in Canada. We are not sure what can it be ? Influenza , meningitis, polio, or just common flu ? Any advice would be helpful?
