Hi, I Have A Sore Lump In My Left Armpit

Hi, I have a sore lump in my left armpit , kinda just appeared over night, but when the lump was not there my pit always seems more swollen then the right pit.. come to think of it, its almost always sore lately. Should I be worried? Thank you for taking the time out to answer my query.
