Hi, I Have A Sore On My Vagina Lip. It

Hi,
I have a sore on my vagina lip. It looks like a carpet burn. It hurts and burns. I get rashes when i have heavy periods on my bum and i just finished a heavy period. I've never seen this before and i was wondering if i could put polysporine on the wound to help it heal. Thanks
