Hi, I Have A Spreading Red Rash That Is On

Hi, I have a spreading red rash that is on my arms and legs. I've had it for at least a few months. It turns very red right after a shower and some spots have become scaly. I've recently (3 mos) moved into a mobile home but I'm not sure if I had this condition before I moved. It is only occasionally itchy.
