Hi , I Have A Spur In Foot Near Foot

Hi , I have a spur in foot near foot toe.It was a result of accident. I fell from chair , was standing and after i fell my foot turned in opposite direction such that my toe almost touched my heel. Now the bone has grown in such a way that i cant walk properly.could you please suggest!!
