Hi, I Have A Steam Burn That Occurred Last Friday,

Hi, I have a steam burn that occurred last Friday, and it is very sore. it is now starting to heal and very dry and sore. I accidently banged it and a very tiny part had some blood but it looks ok now. My question is: Should I try to moisturize as the skin is very tight and sore? I have kept a large bandaid on it at night, but leave open to air during the day. I have however had in lukewarm water to do dishes and take showers.
