Hi, I Have A Strange Feeling In My Neck. It

Hi, I have a strange feeling in my neck. It is a sore throat that does not feel like a cold/flu. It has persisted for over 2 weeks and feels like it is located somewhere deep in the tissue to my right of my adams apple. Again, I don't feel sick just have this feeling that won't go away. There are no physical signs on the outside of my neck.
