Hi, I Have A Swollen Lymph Node On The Left

Hi, I have a swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck. I also have Celiac Disease and lately I've been extremely tires, I feel like having fever or as if I am going to have a cold. I sweat a lot at night. I went to the dentist and there's no infection on my teeth, I did have an acute case of tartar on my teeth that has been taken care of 2 days ago. I also have headaches -like migraines- and my eyeballs hurt. I also have sinusitis.
