Hi, I Have A Swollen Saliva Gland Under My Ear.

Hi, I have a swollen saliva gland under my ear. It is somewhat painful and saliva is being produced at weird times likes when I'm not eating. Any suggestions on what it may be and who to see. I saw an Ear, Nose, Throat doctor and she said it wasn't a lympe node, but said she didn't know what it was, she mentioned carotoid artery.
