Hi I Have A Thick Rash At The Top Of

Hi I have a thick rash at the top of my buttcrack, as well as a burning sensation when I urinate.
I saw my gp and they gave me an amoxycillin and potassium clavulanatw antibiotic, at 875mg/125mg dose
Could this be hpv and will these antibiotics decrease this?
