Hi, I Have A Toothache That Seems To Radiate Down

Hi, I have a toothache that seems to radiate down my neck to my clavicle. Last year my wisdom tooth on that side was removed and in the process I suffered a jaw fracture. So I know it can't be my wisdom tooth because that's gone, is it likely to be a dental problem or something else?
