Hi I have a very high blood pressure. It's 160 over 114. I'm 53 years old. 152 lbs and 5'3 in height. I have sleep apnea. My son said that I snore very loud and sometimes when I woke up in the morning I have a headache because there is no enough air circulates in my head. What shall I do.
