Hi I Have A Very Itchy Bottom Before My Period

Hi
I have a very itchy bottom before my period - I've been to my gp who said it's not piles, ×worms or anything obvious.
Please help it is driving me crazy and I'm scratching myself in my sleep that I am raw and waking up.
I also have very bad night sweats before my period.
I do not take any contraceptive
