Hi. I Have A Very Painful Bump Inside A Line

Hi. I have a very painful bump inside a line of astretch mark on my lower right bottom. It hurts so much that the pain sensation goes around that right leg. It has no head or face. It's more like and in growth or something.

It really really hurts and I'm weak because of this. I don't know what to do.
