Hi, I Have A Very Persistent Cough With Very Large

Hi, I have a very persistent cough with very large amounts of mucous discharge, mostly clear but sometimes with yellow coloration. Cough is much worst if I lay down. steroid pump no help, might even make it worse. Amoxicillan no help, no fever, lungs seem clear. I am drinking a large amount of fluids, water, herb tea, chicken broth.
