Hi I Have A Very Strange Question. About Two Hours

Hi I have a very strange question. About two hours ago I was drinking water and it went down the wrong tube causing me to choke and water accidentally going up my nose. Ever since I have felt off. I have a sore throat, slight headache, and started feeling tired. Is that normal or just a fluke since I haven't been feeling feeling to hot. I had symptoms of a uti.
