Hi. I Have A Weird Feeling Under My Armpit Like

Hi. I have a weird feeling under my armpit like at my upper rib cage/side and it feels like a beating/pulsing sensation

It's been quite annoying and has woke me out of my sleep as it becomes really fast and quite rapid
