Hi, I Have A Weird Problem Here. My Buttcrack Is

Hi, I have a weird problem here. My buttcrack is really itchy at times. It has dry skin and when I scratch it, dead skin comes off and it becomes sweaty-ish....moisturized or something? Sometimes when I scratch it, it becomes sensitive and sort of hurts. It is really bothering and I don't want to go to a doctor, and won't.....what can I do to make it better?
