Hi, I Have A "white Flake" In My Urethra Tube.

I have a "white flake" in my urethra tube. It is almost at the end so I can see it but it is not quite out. Each time I pee it moves a little further down and there has been a little blood at the end of each of my last several urination. I have a suprapubic catheter (6yrs). There is discomfort/mild pain in my urethra tube, usually when I change position. I have before, but not for several months - the white flake is irregular and roughly the size of a pencil end.
