Hi! I Have A Year Old Cat And She Came

Hi! I have a year old cat and she came back to the house today with a gash on her behind. She is bleeding and limping a bit. I don't want to take her to the vet right away unless she starts to get worse. Is their anything I can do at home to clean it that you recommend? She got her rabies shot 6 months ago.
