Hi, I Have A Yellow Rash On The Labia Minora

I have a yellow rash on the labia minora and it is extremely itchy I'm very nervous as to what it is. I had my period before it got extremely itchy and it was very heavy and I did not get my normal symptoms like cramps I normally get very painful cramps.
