Hi, I Have Acidity Problem And Usually Experience It When,

Hi, I have acidity problem and usually experience it when, food not taken on time and I drink tea first in the morning and one cup in evening. I will have headache on one side of head which is usually spread over area behind ear and also pain in neck. Is this due to acidity? If so please suggest what can be done to avoid this headache.
