Hi, I Have All Four Wisdom Teeth In But, The

Hi, I have all four wisdom teeth in but, the two on the bottom are partially covered by my gums. Now I am biting the back of cheeks when I eat and it's causing a sore on my cheeks. Is this due to the wisdom teeth, and is this a reason to half them pulled even though they are grown in straight.
