Hi. I Have Allergic Rhinitis Problem Since 4 Years Ago.

Hi. I have allergic rhinitis problem since 4 years ago. Sometimes it get severe I don't know what to do. Sometimes my nose gets congested and sometimes my throat, I feel like postnasal drip. I feel headaches, sometimes breathing problems. Please tell me the cure for it that should be permanent. Please I will be thankful to you.
